Club History

Breakneck Track Club began in 1996 with a small group of Rowan graduates that wanted to continue competing post collegiately. Breakneck Road is located in South Jersey, and is where we have all done some long, grueling workouts on. Rather than try and forget about all the pain we experienced, we decided to name ourselves after it! Though Breakneck started in South Jersey, we now have runners all over the country competing. Breakneck is happy to be a USATF certified club that competes in many of the championship races, as well as other races throughout the year. We welcome all runners that have the same mentality we have: to work hard, run fast, and have fun along the way. Characters Welcome.
